Holding on to Hope

Hello how are you? It is a long time since I have posted as I have been unwell and unable to craft.
I have recently started to craft again. I am of course still staying home, and like so many others I have since March last year. We are in another Lockdown here in the UK, and things have been much worse in my area than they were when the Pandemic first began. Who could have ever imagined over 100 thousand people in this country would lose their lives to this awful virus.

I have been attempting some art journalling, and I decided to try and draw a swan, which is above. She holds a heart in her mouth with the word Hope on it.

I plan to visit everyone’s blogs soon, and I hope to take part in challenges again.
Take care and please stay safe xx

  2. It's lovely to see you back with us again and I'm sorry to read that you've been unwell. Your journal page is beautiful. The swan looks so graceful and I love the gentle, feminine colours too. Take care of yourself and stay safe x

  3. Hello Jannet, how lovely to see you back here and with such a gorgeous swan, it's beautifully drawn and coloured.
Sorry to hear that you've been so unwell, but hopefully you are on the mend.
Yes it's a shocking number of deaths in the UK and the government should be ashamed of how they have handled the pandemic, but they won't learn. You keep safe, and hopefully you'll receive your vaccination soon and have some hope, hugs Kate x
